We ship daily via FedEx and UPS ground service. Large scooters are shipped via UPS Freight. See freight details at the bottom of this page.
We ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is available with a shipping fee. Please e-mail us for a shipping rate quote. We do not ship to Canada due to Canadian Transport Regulations or outside of the USA. Exception, we will ship the XB Electric Bicycles to Canada. If your order is shipped by frieght you will have to pick it up at a terminal close to your home or you can have it shipped directly to your home for $50.00 extra.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is generally around 9 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed before 9 AM PST will generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM PST will ship on the following business day.
You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking number after your shipment is prepared.
Please allow 3-4 business days to receive your order on the West Coast. Shipment time to the East Coast is 3-4 days, FL is 3-4 days and the Midwest is 1-2 days.
All products are shipped from X-Treme Scooters Warehouse which is strategically located in the Midwest. No returns, unless authorized by X-Treme directly.

Mopeds, Elecric Bicycles, and ATVs are strapped to a pallet and shipped by UPS Freight.
If you want the shipping company to deliver this item to your door, the fee is $50. YOU CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. If you do not choose expedited shipping at checkout, we will ship this item to the nearest terminal & you will have to pick it up. We suggest you arrive with a pick up truck. This item is large, on a pallet and in a large carton. The terminal can usually load it into your truck with a fork lift. If you order 2 or more of this model, you pay $50 shipping for each item & the (optional door delivery $50 only needs to be paid once, if you choose to have the items delivered to your door). We provide daily shipping to lower 48 states. This item generally takes
X-Treme Scooters 1 to 2 days before they can get it onto a truck & shipped out to you. Look closely at these shipping costs & make your decision wisely. We will NOT Ship these scooters to Hawaii, Alaska, P.R. or the U.S.V.I. We do not ship this item to international destinations. Due to the size of this item, we will only ship to the lower 48 states.
Pick up's are welcome & a nice shipping discount will be given to you ($100) if you can pick up the item at the X-Treme Scooter warehouse located near Des Moines, Iowa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship to Canada due to Canada Transport restrictions with the exception of the Electric Bicycles - XB-500, XB-508, XB-600, XB-420M, XB-300Li and the XB-700Li. Door delivery is $100. We will e-mail your tracking number after we prepare the shipment. All orders ship out usually within one business day after we receive your payment. Once an order has been placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Shipping transit times are 2-5 Business days not counting the day it ships. Estimates are 2-3 days for Midwest, 5 days for CA, AZ & FL, 6 days for the Northwest, 4-5 days for East Coast. Since this item is delivered by a freight trucking company we MUST have your phone number. The freight company will call you to schedule the delivery to your home or office if you choose Expedited Shipping at checkout, and if you will pick the item up at the local freight terminal, the trucking company will phone you when the item is available for pick up. We will NOT release this item to the freight company without a phone number. If you do not provide us your phone number your order will be delayed. You can call or e-mail us with your phone number after you buy the auction.
X-Treme Scooters will ensure that each door delivery using UPS Freight ONLY will include a lift gate.
Please be sure you are located near a terminal and have the capability of picking it up if you are NOT choosing the $50 optional door delivery service option. In many states, the freight company offers only 1 or 2 terminals and these could be 100's of miles away from your address.

will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 door delivery fee ($100 $50 = $150). Their is no exceptions for this fee as all freight carriers are charging $100 or more for these zip codes.
**Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes:

will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 door delivery fee for transportation on the ferry to the island ($100 $50 = $150). Shipments picked up on the mainland at the terminal are free.
